Stretching fence. Had to buy more. Apparently, the pasture is over 1/3 mile around... Should finish this weekend.

Also planted about 400' of peanut, 100' of watermelon, about 200' of summer squash and acorn squash. 200# or so of mixed fescue/perennial rye/berseem clover. Some light gardening. Still have to prepare one bed. A bit of mowing, to ensure i have easy access to the asparagus. 6 of the 9 plants I put in two years ago are doing great. Last year's plantings (about 15) haven't crowned yet. I think that's lack of mowing last year, plus the rapidly growing pine trees I need to cut down - not enough sun. Fixing that in a couple weeks. The fence HAS to be done first.

So, nothing??? Oh, and bought three new turkeys. One promptly drowned in its water bowl overnight, so I have 2 new turkeys (and a turkey hen sitting a clutch).

But yeah, mostly nothing.
