I have 3 ducks...a female mallard..a female pekin...and a male runner...ever since they got older when I feed them treats...after a few bites their heads and necks kind of quiver and they try to climb um my arm and right into my lap...and if they don't do it to me they try to climb or hop right over each other..has anyone else seen this? What are they doing??

I'm not sure. Could it just be affection or excitement? They may have learned to do it because they think it gets them treats.

I think they have been getting a burst of hormones, and trying to figure out what to do with it? Are they old enough to be mating?

Ducks quiver whenever they feel extreme excitement (fast tail wiggles usually accompanies this as well)... whether it's happy excited, mating behavior, or even aggression they tend to quiver before acting on their excitement...
Also, if they imprinted on you very strongly, they could see you as a potential mate before seeing another duck as a mate...
