Strange bump on foot

This is iris, she has this bump on top of hey foot, I did kinda lance it at one point but only blood came out. I put blue koat on it. Does anyone have any clue??

Was the ankle swollen before you lanced the sore? Is her other ankle swollen at all? Hard to know exactly what it is. She may have injured it, it could be a cyst, but if both ankles are swollen, it could be gout or infection.

No the other ankle is fine, I don't believe the affected ankle is swollen either. A cyst sounds about right I just didn't think of it. Is there anything I can do for cyst?

I would just keep applying a disinfectant or antibiotic ointment until the lance wound heals and watch it. See a vet if it gets worse. Have you seen cysts or tumors before in any chickens?

None of my other girls have any but I'll keep antibacterial stuff on it, what about antibiotics?
