Hello all I have 135 Hyline Brown (their name down here in Honduras) chickens all between 18 and 25 weeks in two locations. Three weeks ago I had one girl show up with a respitory infection and was treated and recovered within four days. I noticed she stopped feeding again on day five in the afternoon and removed her on day six. She had no breathing trouble and her only symptom was what appeared to be a dialated eye and holding one leg up, being lethargic. Morning of day seven I found her dead. The last two weeks I saw no other animals with the same symptoms then two days ago I noticed one more girl with the same behavior. She had a dialated eye, holding one leg up, and lethargic. I removed her and within 24 hours she passed. On the second girl I did a necro and liver, heart, and other internal organs looked good from what I can tell, only a swollen gall bladder. Any ideas on what I am facing? My first thoughts were ocular mareks or LL but these girls are all young and it takes them out so quickly. Also my necro wasn't the most proffesionally done. I have more pics but will only share if requested.
