I have a Jersey Giant who lays the TALLEST eggs I've ever seen. When I put them in an egg carton, I can't shut it! Because they dont' fit in in the carton, I usually don't sell them but eat them myself. And I've found that the white is extremely runny -- fills almost the whole pan, even when fresh.
What does the size of the egg have to do with the quality of the white? Any idea about what's going on?
