Tawnies as well call them over here are lovely quiet birds. They are nocturnal and eat rats and frogs etc. One of a few things over here that would not try to kill you As far as I know you are not allowed to keep them in captivity unless you are a wild life carer etc. Yeah aussies and kiwis best not to call either of us the other
