Strange tan thing in egg

This morning I cracked open a fresh double yolker to find a weird tan thing in the egg white. It was solid, not like a meat spot about 1/4 of an inch long. Our hens are young, 5 and 6 months old so haven't been laying long. I threw it out but am hoping it's not an issue with one of the chickens. First time I've seen anything like that.

It could be lash material but can't tell without photos and seeing a cross-section of the interior.
