Strangest pet you or someone you know has owned?

A friend kept a skunk in his house, non fixed and smells to high heaven, I see him every now & then but never go to his house, when I see him and shake his hand he still stinks. He is kinda weird and doesn't care that people thinks he smells, oh well.

Growing up we had a skunk named stinky that lived in the house.
We also had a 3 foot an a 6 foot gator that lived in the bathtub.
I almost lost my thumb to our raccoon. They can turn on you in a second!
We had dang near everything growing up.

I guess for me the pug I just got is the weirdest pet I've had. My first dog in 25 years. Had a collie when I was 5.

A friend had a grey fox as a pet. It was just as nice as a cat/dog. It had a musky smell to it though. Not for Me.

My family was always involved in wildlife rescue when I was a kid. Every now and then you come across an animal that cannot or will not go back to the wild. We had a raccoon like that. Charlie was a trip. It was like having a very smart monkey living in the house. He loved to imitate my Dad. There were 2 couches in the living room. Dad would lay on one to take his Saturday or Sunday nap, and Charlie would lay on the other. The coon would stay awake and watch Dad. If Dad rolled over, moved his arm, stretched, anything, Charlie would make the same body movement. It would go on all afternoon until Dad woke up. The coon's best friend was my barn dog. They hung out together, shared their food and wrestled.

Did your friend have any cats or dogs with the fox? I wonder how they got along if he had any other pets?

Cody!!

He also had a dog and they got along just fine. The fox was just to fast for the dog to catch it.

I work in construction, We did a fence job for a lady that had a pet monkey.(like ross' from Friends) she was in a wheel chair, so the monkey helped out, I guess.
