Straw bale gardens and chickens

Did the book say to just use bone meal, or to use bone meal and something else?  

Just bonemeal or bloodmeal. I used bonemeal. Last year I started everything from seed myself. Grew green beans, squash, beets, kale... I didn't space it all well but that stuff did well. Peas didn't for whatever reason. I got a few cucumbers but not normal yields. The green beans did awesome though.

The nice thing about bunnies is that their poop can be used directly on the garden without composting first.  In my opinion, it is the best fertilizer out there.

I'm super thrilled about that!
