strawberry liquid feces/ large absess..

My 8 mo old hen presented today with weakness, cupcake size ballon located around right breast area. When I moved her, clear mucous came out of her beak (about 1cup or so). She has been drinking but not eating. Feces are strawberry colored, and only one since 1030 today (7 hours ago).

Have her in own space, added approx 70 mg aspirin to water, heat lamp

Is it an obstruction?

Ideas?

update: massaged bump, got some fluid + a bug+ plus leaf parts....

offered yogurt, ate only tastes of it.

does the stuff coming out smell horrid

if so it sounds like sour crop - two of mine had it.
