Stringy feathers, fancy feet, no comb ???

I'm not sure what this chick is - picked up "Cordie" at Orscheln's Chick Days - was in the mixed bantam lot.
Feathered black feet. Very chirpy. No comb. Some stringy feathers, very slow to come in compared to other chicks picked up that day. Thanks for your help!!

Woohoo! A Silkie it is! They have black skin, a rose (?) comb, and 5 toes. Cordie is really cute. I like the partridge color.
