Did the eggs come from you own flick and have you ever had to treat for coccidiosis before?
Have you lost any other birds in the last few months besides the other chick?

It looks like bloody mucus in a long string. I would start some Corid, just in case of coccidiosis.

no i do not.. this is my first time hatching actually, i’ve had chickens in the past

yes, but i had to give them away, and they were very healthy, no i haven’t.. but as a beginner i did bring in maple leafs from outside as bedding…

I live in Toronto, Canada. I’ve had these for a week now, their poop always have been normal, i just saw it poop this out today…

I do not believe you can buy Corid there like we can in the US.
I think you're going to have to contact a vet to get something. I think, sorry.
