Struggling Chicken

I have a six month old Silky Bantam Rooster that Im looking for a good home. I also have a six month old Labelle rouge chicken that seems to be having a hard time walking. Not sure if its because she so fat or maybe has bubble foot. I thought she was having trouble laying because she has her tail feathers down, walks a few steps and flares her vent often. She is walking with a limp so maybe its bubble foot. How can i treat her for that?

Bumble foot can be spotted if you pick her up and check the underside of her foot for swelling and a scab.

Walking with the tail down may be a sign of an ill bird or one that has egg yolk peritonitis or even a hen that is egg-bound (which can cause leg problems). Are there any other symptoms?
