Stubborn Prolapsed Silkie Hen.

I wash her back end, & tissue with plain cold water, & have been applying Triple Antibiotic ointment to it to keep it moist.

No, I don't have anti-inflammatory cream, since I'm not sure what to use on chickens.

I have coconut oil.
Triple antibiotic ointment is o.k., but it's not going to reduce swelling.
You can use an anti-inflammatory cream instead, this can help reduce swelling. Some folks use Witch Hazel, but then you will want to apply an oil/ointment to keep the tissue moist.
If you can, get some epsom salts, add those to a warm bath, then let her soak in it. I use a small tote or plastic dish pan for soaking - this can be done outside.

For me, generic brands work fine, I usually hit the Dollar stores - sometimes you can score at the Dollar Tree, if not, then Dollar General most of the time has those supplies.

Is there a particular brand of Anti-inflammatory cream I should get, & what ingredient to avoid?

I unfortunately don't have an extra tote to give her a soothing soak in. I don't have Epsom Salts right now either.

You can use this. Walmart brand or Cortizone10 would be about the same.

That's ok if you don't have the salts. Try to get some when you can. I think I would see if she'll relax in a little warm water next time you clean her up.
I gave her a warm soak in the basement sink once. She did lots of squawking, & I was afraid my grandpa would hear her. He forbids adult chickens in the house.

I'll have a look at what you linked.

So this is good? I can order it in the morning. Gonna have to head to bed soon.

Brown runny poop is likely cecal. Normal. If she laid an egg and is pooping cecals, and if she's behaving normally, and if the prolapse is retracted, she should be back to normal. Has the prolapse retracted?
Normal brown color, not the typical dark brown. There was some urates mixed in, but mainly brown. I'm giving water with Nutridrench, I cut out food until her bowels clear. I will give her a snack here, & there though.

She laid the egg early before we got there. She pooped after I wiped her off, & applied Triple Antibiotic ointment to her prolapse.

Nope, prolapse hasn't retracted, been struggling to poop, like since the beginning.
