stuff in eggs?

Can anyone help me figure out what is going on with these eggs? We have five laying hens, and only the Easter Egger's eggs are like this. She's four years old. There are bumps on the exterior of the shell, but then there are also things (that would look like very small eggs) on the interior. Any ideas?

The interior is normal, that’s where the embryo would be. The bumpy stuff on the shell is extra calcium, the eggs are fine to eat.

The exterior is definitely extra calcium deposits on the egg but I am unsure of the tiny white spots in the white. The egg is also a fertilized one but the chalazae (the white stringy part) looks really odd. I will send for some folks in case there is something wrong here. @aart, @casportpony, do you think the interior of this egg is OK?

White dots inside are may also be calcium deposits.
I don't see the fertilized blastoderm.
The chalazae is indeed funky....membrane malfunction.

@aart you are absolutely correct about the blastoderm, I mistook the other side of the chalazae as the blastoderm, I need to get my eyeballs fixed! Love the video!
