Stumbling hen

Hello! Does anyone have an idea of what's wrong with her? This is day 2 of her walking like this. I've given her an Epsom salt bath, given her a tums, and Nutri-Drench, all of which were suggestions on the FB group I follow. She seems fine other than she can't hardly walk. PS the missing tail feathers are from the head hen who likes to pluck everyone else's feathers out besides her own.

I don’t know much about chicken health but lameness can be from a number of problems.

Is she eating/drinking normally?
Do her droppings look abnormal?
