Just looked up jubilee wyandottes their beautiful and now I'm kinda hoping it is one.Some have a lot more black than others.
I think the white spots will disappear as it grows (it will molt those feathers, and the new ones will probably not have white tips.)
If it has white tips on the feathers when it grows up, I think Jubilee Wyandotte would be the right term. But I'm fairly sure it's just a Golden Laced one with extra black, and that looks a little odd at this age.
