Stupid Feed Store people!! *fluff pics pg2*

I actually think the first lady I talked to is one of the Owners, it's a family run store but i remember someone telling me they started out as just a horse supply store or something like that.... All of them obviously know nothing about poultry.


I gave the babies a bath about 2hrs ago and just went back out to check on them and was amazed

, they almost look like totally different goslings! they're so fluffed out now, the baby ducks just love them

I can Really see the silver on the girl now, I am going to post in Geese to see if anyone has input on her breed.

thank God there are people out there like you. thanks for taking them in. everyone around here treats them pretty good, thank the Lord. i wish people would just be more considerate and more caring towards animals. if i had the money, room and time, i would have just about every animal in the pound and every poorly treated animal i could get my hands on. good luck and they are VERY greatful you took them in. thanks again

That is so sweet of you to take those 2 babies, but that store needs to be reported. Even if you had been able to buy all the babies, that would not change their practices and new babies would be right back in those horrible conditions. You can start with a call to the local animal control.

Oh, that was awful, but they are going to be just fine. I wonder about your white gosling, too. She does look to be white Chinese in the head and neck. The other is definitely African.

They are beautiful!! Thank god you rescued them. If you lived closer to me I would ask you to go back and rescue some more for me. I want a goose so bad. I have to wait until next year for my tufted buff.
