Sudden death of 4wk old PC chick

is it even possible for them to have had roundworms if they were never near any other birds and never on the ground?

or are they sharing the brooder with another bird?

I doubt it was roundworms, they've never been on the ground or in with other birds.

Just some FYI .Since I don't have your email address . And am as about computer literate as a bull trying to play piano . I sent something to ravyn and asked her to forward it to you . the article that section I posted came from just good reading I thought. And just throwing something out there for you to think about . Now as to whether it's possible or not for them to have worms not being on the ground or near other chickens . One would have to consider what is near . Eggs are microscopic and can survive a complete dry out . They like many many more chicken aliments can be carried on the wind . jmo not 100% sure about it though .
