It could be Mareks disease. Time will tell, and hopefully, it is something else. Testing with a necropsy can be done by a poultry lab if you should lose her one day. Keep her near food and water, and watch to make sure the others do not peck or hurt her. There is good information in this article:

Unfortunately she showed no improvement, infact she stopped being able to walk, and would fall back on her butt/tail immediately, or to the side. I think she injured her neck/spinal cord because when I would slowly move her head to full range of motion her feet and legs would start to tremor about half way. Hard to explain, but it seemed like something I would need a chicken chiropractor for or surgery etc... and I was worried she was in pain. We put her out of her misery yesterday.
