Suggestions as to why my chickens are not laying

I will check for night mites at night. But I have realized that more hens are laying than I thought; just not everyday day more like every other other day.

If one is molting they are probably all starting at least that's how it goes here. Nobody wants to be naked alone its a group activity in the chicken house.

Most of my girls lay every other day as they are dual purpose breeds.
