Suggestions needed on fair price to ask for 13 week old pullets?

@EggSighted4Life I'm in a rural area of North-Central IL. We have plenty of chicks and grown birds listed most of the year, and most people want colored egg layers or other fancies. Not much interest in Barred Rocks. Wasn't any interest the year I did sexlinks, either. POL pullets may fetch $10 each, but to really move birds basically everything needs to be $5. I've taken to just sending everything to freezer camp because of it.

And that's a male, I'd say.
That's what I've been afraid of :( I'm still going to hold out on her for a while. I've read wyandottes can mature at different rates, so for now until I hear a crow I refuse to call her a he lol. Had to be my favorite one of course. I ordered all females but it's only 90% guarantee from hatcheries.

Unfortunately my town doesn't allow roosters. Seems people don't mind dogs being loud and obnoxiously barking all day long, but you have a rooster and it's a big no no.

One on right is the one with much more white and had pink comb by 4 weeks.
Were the waddles pink and bigger as well? That is usually a good indicator.

I'm having a hard time making out the pointy saddle feathers which DON'T lie. Are you able to take a side standing shot showing the saddle very clearly? Problem is that usually the poor lacing would be a good indicator of gender BUT I see sooo much poor lacing in hatchery Wyandotte that it's hard to rely on.

Speaking of hatchery Wyandottes, the straight comb comes from breeders who keep some straights in their flock because it is said that breeding only Rose combs gives low sperm motility and thus after several generation would breed out all your fertility.

Im not desperate to sell, and have sold the pullets I do not want for $25 each. My roosters I ask 10-15 and plan to process them myself if they do not sell, like a poster said above, they are not free to hatch and grow up.

With purchasing eggs to hatch, the cost of the incubator running, my time always being available to turn eggs and monitor temp and humidity feeding the chicks up to good thriving pullets. Its not really a money making venture LOL

Yes I can try to get some more pictures of her before I leave for work. These girls all came from hoovers hatchery, my first experience with a hatchery. It has given me a chance to gain experience with multiple breeds and see the differences in their temperment.

I originally ordered 3 silver laced polish, but lost 2 within the first 2 days of ariving. The remaining polish is super sweet and will jump on my lap whenever I'm sitting out in the yard. Her name is "Polly" the Pop Star lol.

The Sapphire Gems are incredibly social and always following me around. This breed is very alert and were the first ones to warm up to us.

My Welsummer's are all sweet and beautiful, I originally planned to keep 1 of the 3 but I have a pair I decided shouldn't be separated as the larger one (Summer) is always looking out for her sister (Blossom). She won't let her out of her sight and waits for her to go up the ramp into the house and roosts next to her.

The calico princesses simply like me because I feed them lol.

The wyandottes seem less interested in me except the one with more white. The other rose comb allows me to handle her and check her over. The only one out of the whole bunch that doesn't like being handled is the single comb wyandotte she's fast and crazy.
