Suggestions on my neighbor's cat...(long)

Despite how I may sound on other predator threads I have a lot less of a problem killing domestic animals than wild. If it is domestice it needs to be at home. I am the only one of know of within a mile or more with chickens. If there were other people with chickens or other small animals and my dog or cat didn't come home because it got shot, c'est la vie.

Thanks everyone for your advice. I agree that he doesn't deserve to die, because so far he has killed nothing. My husband and I will try to figure out what to do and I will keep yall posted.
