Sultan confusion

I got this sultan from a lady that rescued her, crooked beak. She was certain it is a girl. Joy is now almost 8 months, but she has not laid an egg or crowed. Lately, she is starting to act like a boy. She is trying to fight the bantam frizzle boy. She is even trying to mount her bff ‘Sadness’. Hei Hei my larger sultan boy doesn’t seem to have much interest in her. He does prefer the bigger girls. But, he doesn’t fight with her. Any feedback. I am confused. Joy is the smaller sultan.

at that age, male specific saddle feathers should be obvious. I can't see them in your pics. I'm not familiar enough with sultans to tell from a head on shot.

Those are definitely saddle feathers, I just can't tell if those are male or female feathers from this angle.
