I have a mix of eggs. The eggs are pure bred,(each kind of chick is kept in its own run, no mixed runs). I have 3 Sultans, 3 Top Hats, 4 Frizzles and 2 Japanese Bantams. The reason for selling the mix is I don't have a lot of hens of one kind , I have a variety, so they do not lay enough for me to wait and offer you a doz. of one kind. I could do that but I would not want to risk the age of the egg and shipment so I chose to offer this selection about once or twice a week.
