Sumatra Question

I have a question about sumatras do the large fowl and bantam have the same behavior?

they are the same breed
bantams are just a smaller size.

Is it true that Sumatras have black bones and bluish to black colored meat? They have such beautiful, sensitive, soulful eyes that I can't really imagine eating one...but...blue meat? Not sure I could go there.
