Not yet...camera's in the pawn shop. Probably next week. Body is like a Buckeye, wings even darker...head & tail black w/ that green shimmer to it in the sunlight.

Looks like lots of dun and platinum bantam sumatra chicks this hatch! If all goes as planned, we just might end up with a good variety of birds for 2014 breeders. The LF are coming along good too, our own home bred LF blue chicks are turning out better than I expected, just goes to show how important it is to match up strengths and weaknesses when setting up breeding pens. Hopefully I'll get some pics posted soon

well that is good I hope all is well for you. I hope my breeding this year will be good. I bred with some of my best hens and roosters. if the chicks do not turn out the way I was hoping them I will have a backup for that.

Looks good! I like that lacing. Hopefully it stays that way or gets better.

It usually gets better (lighter in the middle) as they age, we'll post more pics as he/she gets older.. hoping its a pullet.
