Never heard of the French or English style of keeping chickens, sounds interesting. I don't think I need to encourage my silkies to go broody anymore than they already do. LOL Turkey eggs around me sell for around $5 each and poults sell for between $10 to $15 each. Adults go from anywhere of $50 and up depending on breed, gender, and time of year.

How long does it take a turkey to fully mature?
What's the most expensive breed of Turkey?

I read about the French and English styles of keeping, and I've found the French style works for the winter months. Thankfully the weather has picked up today, so I'm going to get a few jobs done today.

How are all of your birds today?
