No. Last time I did that it made him worse because of his sensitive skin.

One of my brother's dogs is allergic to fleas and he got bit by one flea and it was a mess. He now takes monthly flea preventative and gets a monthly allergy shot. It really really helps with his itches.

It's just spray to keep flies off horses, you can get it at tsc. Some are dog safe I think and should kill the pests
