Am I in a rut? Every day for lunch it's a BLT with garden fresh tomatoes. Bibb lettuce, bacon from the Amish.

Ya know what? If I'm in a rut, I don't care. It tastes so very good.

My breakfast every day since I've been home has been a sammich of fried eggs, bacon and fresh maters. Every day, I wake up looking forward to breakfast!

I love my oatmeal for breakfast. Right now my peaches are ripe, so I have oatmeal with peaches and almonds in it.

I vary my lunches a bit, but it's usually eggs in some form. Either a salad with hard boiled eggs, or over easy with cucumber slices and tomatoes, or scrambled with squash and spinach. Sometimes it's dinner leftovers though.

Just restarted the summer 'routine'. Picked my first heirloom tomato two days ago. From now through Nov. it's BLT for lunch every day. :drool
