Yeah, that's what I've heard. I want to breed meat goats - goat tastes way better than beef... especially when my Hispanic neighbors cook it!   But I want a nubian just cuz they're pretty.
Yes. Chickens are harder to keep in than goats - BEACUSE THEY FLY 

Hehehe, I'm forming a plan in my head for you to be able to keep goats. Start off with getting two does....it's better if you get them around 3 months old because you can better judge their breeding quality. Don't worry about getting a silly ole' buck, they are of no need to you. When the does are old enough to be bred, call up some of the local breeders in your area and see if you can pay to use their buck to breed two does. In all, if the breeder isn't ridiculous, it should cost around $40-$60. You could also do AI, but that's more expensive. Then your does will kid and you will have meat goats and you will be in business! Goat meat does taste good! And it's healthy! Boers are cute too!
Just yesterday two of our hen's escaped and were running around.

For some strange reason i was thinking about Oregon and how "it is next to Idaho" and i live on the Olympic Peninsula so that is like a whole bunch of Rhode Islands...

Washington+Oregon+Idaho= 3, in the mind of Fluffers

we will make it through this tough time... Sometimes when i get frustrated i yell in my head, "I'M  PROBABLY GONNA USE ALL OF THIS JUNK ONLY 48% OF MY LIFE!"

I'm moved up a grade in math, which is good because I'm not bored, but then we just do all this algebra crap that I'm NEVER going to use! Not even 1% of my life will I use it!

Oh yes. Except it never happens, cuz seriously, who do you know besides me that has the name Zelda?!?
Now, I looked up my aunt who i was named after, and it gave me all her orbituary stuff, but then I found a realtor in CA who's name is almost EXACTLY the same as hers!!!

She isn't realted to me, BTW. Different... "race"...... don't want to offend any one, anywhere.....
