Today we went to a craft show and then stopped at Trader Joe's on the way home. I find their prices to still be moderate. We got a lot of food for $131.

With my rifle guess I should’ve clarified thanks for the ! I’ve heard several shots on surrounding properties so hopefully some will travel to us before dusk!

Not certain what season started this weekend, but there's been lots of shooting yesterday and today. Maybe the start of small game?

I’ve often wished that we had a Trader Joe’s closer as I’ve heard lots of good things but have never had the opportunity to shop at one.

Not sure about your area but rifle season for deer just started here yesterday and it’s typically similar start for Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio and maybe some other neighbor states.

Craft show was overpriced on admission, and half the size it has been other years. Some pretty high end stuff, but the Princess bought minimally. I thought we were coming home with a jacket, but she resisted.

We have never had a bad item from Trader Joe's. The 'stuff' we bought will become part of many meals in the future. Prepared items are of a perfect size for two people when you add a salad, vegetables, etc. Makes it easy on the cook - me.

Given the populated nature of much of our state we have no rifle season all is shotgun or black powder. Deer population here is very high.
