They are very friendly. We only have one (Rosemary) that is flighty. So far they have been nice, hardy chickens.Great thread on the Rainbow Eggers. How are they in terms of temperament and quietness?
Stunning egg carton!!Most definitely 2 girls were laying at that time I just didn't know it!
So far Rosemary (light blue/green), Basil (brown/khaki), and Thyme (green) ☺ I think the rest will most likely wait until spring, but we will see! 10 degrees today. Most days we get 2-3 eggs. Sometimes just 1. I absolutely love seeing the colors together.

Yes, they are not particularly noisy. I've never even heard an egg song yet. They get pretty excited when they see me coming with food and water, howeverDo they tend to be quiet as well?
