Just tried this today! It's quite labor-saving!
You'll need: 1. 3 bottles of Lemon Pepper, or your favourite seasoning
2. 1 bottle of grapefruit juice
3. 1 container of Emeril's Lemon, Rosemary, and Gaaahlic Marinade
Now for the directions: Take the marinade ingredients and take them outside. (This works best on a warm day.) Go to your pig pen, and dump all the ingredients on the ground inside the pig pen. Your pigs will come over and helpfully plop into your marinade, effectively basting their skins with that juicy sauce. Pigs are actually quite intelligent creatures and they will do their best to make you happy! So tell them to wallow away! When they're coated to your satisfaction, you need to let that marinade soak for a while. No measly hour or two here! Let them soak for, say, 4 or 5 months.
Happy marinading!!!
