Birdboy88 received an "experiment" egg from me... a silkie egg that I discovered had a very fine crack... I waxed it, and it hatched.

Hmmm....we'll see what these do. They are very porous & covered in crusted on poo.

Probably not a good combo!

Yeah, that's why the suspect eggs are in a totally different incubator than my salmon favs or LB's, because I worried about that, too!

I'm going to try to check tomorrow...or maybe tonight. I have to get new batteries for my candling flashlight, which I may steal from hubby's WII controller.
