I have eggs in lock down since Friday night, making this day 20. Earlier this evening, one of them pipped and was chirping like crazy. I took some photos to send to my husband who is out of state. By the time I'd sent the first photo, the chick started zipping. Captured that in a photo and sent it. Then I realized the chick had zipped nearly all the way around, so I figured I'd better start videoing. Total hatch time from first external pip to out and tottering around: 22 minutes!
