How many will develop an embryo?!

I can’t see a dang thing in the grocery store blue or Maran eggs, so I just left them in. I pulled one blue egg that was clearly infertile, but the others I really can’t tell. 🤷‍♀️

the rest look a bit like this, and I can’t tell if there’s veins or an embryo or anything, because it’s too dark to see! Thoughts? 🤔

I figure I’ll just wait til the end of the first hatch to pull anymore, because it will be day 10-11, and there should be clear development by then.
If they don’t stink, I’ll probably just leave them until day 18, at which point I should be able to see that any developing chicks have filled the shell.

Unless the shells are white I have great trouble figuring out what's what until at least day 10. I find quail eggs easier than even slightly brownish eggs. There's no harm in leaving them in until you are sure.

It kinda looks to me like something is there, but I’m not the best judge. I’m excited to see what the end result is!
