Has anyone ever given hand feeding formula for birds to chicks when they need supplements? I noticed it has several vitamin and minerals in it and b vitamins are recommended for splayed leg. I have some supplements for my conures and the hand formulas and was just curious if anyone has ever tried giving this to baby chicks?

I don't think it would hurt anything, but you may find that the formula doesn't provide any more additional vitamins than what is found in chick starter.
Taking a quick glance at something like Kaytee Exact, I do see vitamins/minerals added, but you will see that on a chick starter bag as well.

If you are having leg issues, then it's a good idea to give B-Complex which contains B-2(Riboflavin). For chicks, I would give 1/4 tablet daily for at least a week.

Like a 1/4 tablet of human vitamin? What about a formula for birds? I use it for my conures here is what's in it:
