You buy what you see but. As you all know a 6weeks old off heat quail. Doesnt mature for weeks so that's how they get away with it..

I see what you mean about 6 week olds. I went through your photos and it looks like you at least have one real pair of California quail (I think it's photo 53). Some of the photos show a bobwhite x cali (like photo 74) and cali x gambel (photos 43-45). I strongly recommend you separate the real Cali pair to prevent mixing in the next breeding season.
