Surprise Duckling Shipment Mid-Winter

Our Tractor Supply in Dallas (GA) has ordered Purina DUCK food. It's not in yet but I'm really excited about only having 1 food for my flock instead of mixing one for the layers and one for the boys. @Runner duck mom, another duck owner and I have been bothering them about getting some big 40lb bags in and it's paid off. It will be 2 more weeks but at least it's coming!

The duck pellets are great since it's good for ducks, drakes and ducklings. Plus it has extra niacin and the ducks really like it. We just crushed up the pellets to make it easier for the babies to eat.
Congrats on the new/ surprise winter babies, they are adorable!

We are going to most likely borrow some dog fencing for the ducklings once they are ready to go into the garage like @DuckyDonna suggested. Thank you all for the helpful input everyone and here's a photo of the three of them right before bed last night. All of them seem to be healthy and comfortable.

Quick question... am I going to be able to differentiate between the three once they are grown? Usually I name my birds and I was able to tell apart the Khaki Campbells at an early age. I'm having trouble doing so with the Pekins.

I can't till around a month, I tell by the curl feathers(When they get them) personalities, who leads them around, how big or smaller, markings (Some of my pekins have had a black spot on his beak) And I pay close to different features, like markings on the beak.. sometimes they're scratches and how thick, small the feet are. Also by how noisy, I have an all drake flock with one hen mallard, she is always quacking her head off but my smaller pekin with a much curlier tail feather will quack with her, whenever she does, the other one won't be as loud and noisy. Not sure if this is helpful but it sure has helped me.
