[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Jargo glowered at Layla. "Do not leave the dens." he growled. "If you do, I will hunt you down and kill you!" he took a threatening step towards Layla, then turned swiftly, and lumbered back to he and Harli's den. As he walked, he nuzzled Harli, and licked her cheek. "Our time to reign is nearing. At just the right moment, we will attack!" he said, happily. [/FONT]

Layla sat down, her head hanging.
Harli smiled, and nosed him lovingly. "It's going to be wonderful."

Banner walked quietly up to Layla. "Um, Hi. I'm Banner." He mumbled. Layla pinned her ears, and curled her lip threateningly. "Get away from me." Banner's ears drooped. "I'm not like them. Look." He sat down, but his back leg stuck out awkwardly. Layla looked up. "Who did that?" Then she narrowed her eyes. "Are you Banner? I'm Layla. Jargo drove me out awhile ago." Banner smiled sadly. "I remember." He looked around for Rex.

Rex trotted up to his friend, Banner. "Welcome back, Layla." he grinned.
