There is movement in the downstairs bathroom project again. This vanity just got done! Corrugated steel and reclaimed barnwood for my rustic industrial bathroom! I'm thrilled with it.

Wonderful, just terrific! I can't wait to see the whole finished bathroom! I see you have a throne there, if you didn't already have one, i'd recommend the Vacuity from Menards. Our kids always clogged the toilet at our old house, we put this in, never clogged again. Then we moved houses, guess what? back to plunging everyday. Went and got another the second week we were here. Never plunged again. Love that thing.

My Labs like Layers can turn the hunting on and off and know chickens are protected. Sometimes my dogs complain the chickens are more favored than they are.

Kloppers, that is really neat that you and oakridge (AKA GFTGs) and you were friends back in day, small world!

I hate to say it, but I had snow this morning for a short shot as well here in the banana belt (at 4:40 am) at first I though it was rain, maybe sleet, but it floated around...

It only lasted about 5 minutes, but it was enough to make me sad.

I have a ton of stuff to do and my weekend is full up with a wedding and a family get together. I have so much to do in my garden and coop! Never enough time...

I didn't get to reading up on the thread until now (1:30pm), so I hope you had a good trip up there! You probably do come pretty close, I am just a mile off Hwy 58. LOL It is all open and I can see to the corner even.

I wasnt sure if the deal was going to happen on this wood furnace or not, the guy had all kinds of people trying to buy it out from under me but he stayed true to his word, so that was nice, otherwise maybe i would have made plans to stop by and say hello. probably would have ended up helping you thin your flock lol

I spent about 3 hours at mendards this morning picking out trim and soffit for the garage, and getting a special order from the yard. it was a nuthouse out there! spent the rest of the day putting up trim and siding. im probably about 30% done with siding now. trim work takes forever, the rest of the siding will practically put itself up.

My chickens were overly helpful today too. i have been cutting down their morning feed ration to encourage them to get out of the coop in the morning and go find some grub on their own. they are under strict protest! they follow me everywhere
