Lack of daylight most likely. I know here it is down to 12 hours. I like to be at 16 hours. Every bird is different in the age that they molt. I have had birds molt for the first time at 10 months, and some at 2 yearsMy 4 PCs are now giving me less than an egg a day. Lack of Daylight? I'm also seeing more feathers around, but aren't they too young to molt? I don't notice if the feathers are off of any specific hen.
