Thank you. He was 93 so he lived a long life but sometimes it’s not long enough..Holm, I'm sorry for your loss. I'm a mom and grandma myself, but just lost my Grandma in Oct. (Meaning my grown, married sons lost their great-grandma). We all still miss her - she was 102, and was such an important part of our family. I get what you're going through.

The Chanteclers switched from trying to kill each other to trying to kill the dominique today. It is that time of year again! I saw Sven standing at the door to the coop fighting with someone in the coop.
Sven and Cuddles were going at it. I released Cuddle for the summer today, Sven was not in favor of Cuddles running free again. I was forced to break them up. Sven is acting like Easter. He kept coming back for more.
I have a feeling the next few weeks a bunch of roosters and toms will be feeling the side of my boot as I send them flying.
I am thinking of playing this for them on a constant loop.
How do you know it's not an arctic tern egg?The Chanteclers switched from trying to kill each other to trying to kill the dominique today.
In better news, I got an ameraucana egg! I was beginning to think they were barren.
