Morning all. Start of a lovely day when both kids decide to climb back into bed instead of getting ready. Secretly I want to follow suit and call us all in sick just to be warm in bed.

Normally I’m up before my alarm but this week has been kicking my butt. All I can think of is Daylight Savings time.

Dang it, they all look pretty much like that. Not the shape but wrinkled.

I have planted much more shriveled potatoes than that and they did fine for me. That one will be good. I just store mine in a cardboard box in the basement. When I open the boxes the first of May (earliest potato planting time here), they all have excessive growth. The smaller ones are usually so withered that there is very little actual potato left but they still grow once planted.

I just candled eggs....terrible year for me...

I admit to being the worst candler ...but I think I have less than 35 eggs that will hatch out of 186

Oh no.....That is not good news. I am having trouble with the CLB's. Only hatched 2 so far, yesterday was day 18 and 5 CLB's made it into hatcher.

Oh I am so looking forward to doing this in the future! I gotta imagine it’s just as fun as hatching the bearded dragon eggs I have incubated in the past!
