We have had it for over a year or more. I love it. I buy dried beans and peas now instead of canned. It makes them so good and fast.

We did a chicken in it yesterday. It turns any old rooster into a decent meal.

Sorry, forgetful old me thought you hadn't gotten one yet as of recently... must have been some other kitchen gadget. Isn't it amazing? When I took the my 'skinny chicken' out of it the meat was almost falling off the breast... then once I put it in the crock pot with chili stuff and cooked it for another day it was as tender as any CX from the store.

We did "skinny Chicken" last night. We seasoned and potted it, then cut the skinny thighs and legs off, ate them, pulled the meat off the rest and made a creamed chicken over egg noodles with that -----It were very good....
