Surviving Minnesota!

Nice and clear (but chilly) here in the Banana Belt.

Jerry, have you raised sweet potatoes? What are the chances of them getting ripe here?
I have raised them but it has been a long time ago . You can probably do them in the banana belt . I quit because they sold 25 slips in a bunch . Produced way too many taters .

I just got back in from an unscheduled fox hunt. I was peacefully drinking my coffee looking out at my pens and I saw a grey fox sneaking between the one turkey pen and the rooster pens....

I did not get him. or even see him. I had my rifles locked in the gun safe from the grandkids last visit here...

That really slows down my reaction time to the fox. I am ready now though....no gun safe to mess with.

You people must learn to type more in the morning. If I am left unsupervised in the morning I could end up on Amazon. If I go to Amazon I could end up buying things that get me in trouble...

Saint Judy does not think we need this:

I do.....See the trouble you got me in because you were not typing?

A pox on you all!!! BTW I really did need this.
I think you needed it...and it was only $15!

Thinking of starting my wildflower seeds . Branched coneflower , Greyheaded coneflower and the domestic Goldstrum daisy . Some for here and some for the lake . I like low maintenance flowers . Perhaps I can tempt BC with some starts . I am a enabler .
