I added a YouTube for you though.
I can’t do all that! I’m an old lady!
Im too weak to be shoveling rocks, I’d fall in and burn and that’s not the way I want to goNo, you’re not. You’re way younger than me!! I won’t be old for 20 more years,,, I hope
I have an old one down here you could use.

Thanks, Holm. I only just now got this because the roofers finally showed up (suddenly) and we lost our (satellite) internet. DH just got it back up and receiving but the roof still isn’t finished. They ran out of shingles. (??!!??!!) Really? So... we’ll no doubt lose it again. When it comes to bulls look for nuts guts and butts. Does she have any pictures of them for you?
She wants her girl well cared for. I just want them to calve safely and give me some meat and maybe milk... we don’t have enough land to go into breeding or anything like that. He’s the one on the right in both photos. I’ll try to remember to get some photos when they’ve eaten the grass down to where you can see the bottom half of the bull.
I’d be interested in your opinion, good or bad. Thanks, Holm. I only just now got this because the roofers finally showed up (suddenly) and we lost our (satellite) internet. Anyway the bull is three years old, not aggressive so far. The girls had just gone through estrus the week before, so no action for him yet. He’s eating apple treats from my hand and I moved them to a new paddock yesterday with no problems. He hasn’t been here long enough for me to be in the paddock with them yet. I’m not sure what the “nuts, guts and butts” are even supposed to look like—hopefully I didn’t mess up too bad on that. I wish I’d had you with me for advice. I picked the one that looked most “right” to me, conformation-wise but I wasn’t relying on anything but instinct.
I do have the lady’s much-loved pet heifer so there’s that. She wants her girl well cared for.
