Surviving Minnesota!

Yep, it’s iced in.. and snowed in. I never put anything in that shed I need. The doors swing out and it’s an awkward place to plow snow from.
If I had a working snow blower I would keep it plowed out.
What happened to the "I won it in a drawing!!!" means of acquiring desired but unapproved items?

I am whittling them down. I have not even plugged an incubator in yet.

I plan on sending most the roosters on a whirly ride this spring.
Because of the Chinook here, I am removing the extra Rose Comb Cockerel today prior to the separation into breeding groups that will start Feb.1.

I can’t over use that.....

I have a snow blower. It is for my 435 John Deere...

my ugly green tractor I inherited...which needs carburetor work.

Maybe in a year or two I will have it running.

My brother left his 8N here when he moved. After at least ten years of "I need to get that tractor running.", I got smart, sold it and allowed it to become someone else's problem.

We are getting a Minnesota chinook....

it is going to get into the 20s above for the next few days....unless the weatherdorks are pulling a Lucy on us and going to yank them away at the last second.

Only one unfrozen egg today... a turkey egg..

The rest are solid to the core...with those ugly little cracks.

Morning . 25 here and it was 5 yesterday morning . anymore I feel cold when it gets near zero . I turned up the heat put on a long sleeve shirt and added a blanket to the bed . Coffee is brewing . I had to give up social coffee due to some people . Just will not tolerate negative people anymore .

When Jerry gets some free time I bet he could get you the parts and fix on the way north. $12.67 on Amazon?

;)
