Had a wonderful weekend at the lake with our friends! There are 4 families and we created a campground for us in some property we bought together.

We got a few token showers on the fourth, and today!!! At this rate, I’ll take anything! Found a new heifer, and spotted the local bear!
The goslings are growing out nicely, but every time I take a picture, one of them has dirt from somewhere!
My peacock has adopted pullets (the pic is way dark, my bad) I’m still looking for his forever girl, but I’m having trouble finding a white one...
All things considered, my favorite summer thing,..... is not shoveling snow 😂

So spent the day in the big city for Dr appointments . Follow up with the Gastro Dr then did a walk in at the Ortho Dr . Fluid on knee is inflamed bursa . So drew out some fluid and cortisone injection . Byproduct of working on cabin . Hit the farm store for a big fan plus a grocery run .

We are getting rain!!!!!

Not sure how much, but I like it, unfortunately, it has heavy wind with it. Which means my garden will be set back again.

I pruned some of my tomatoes yesterday. I finally got some zucchini. I had one about 10-12 inches long and one about a foot and a half long. I have no idea how it was hiding in there and I never saw it.

I picked 2 heads of lettuce. The heads were very loose. But they were bolting. I had to cut a few off and throw away that went to seed. I have several more that are starting to bolt. With the temps hitting close to 100 today I am sure more will bolt.
